Brandful ® Workforce

A workforce can work “for” or “against” your brand. A brandful ® workforce charges forward FOR your brand! Our mission and dream is for every company to brag about their exceptional workforce…. so much so that the workforce is seen, both internally and externally as an integral and critical part of the company brand.  When leaders actually believe that their employees are second to none,  then we’re well on our way to accomplishing our mission.

Why a Brandful Workforce?

While bottom-line results are most critical to organization’s long-term success, people are the top asset that can drive these results. Many organizations have turned to employee engagement. Why have an engaged workforce if employees are not promoting your brand and contributing the most to corporate profitability and sustainability? A “brandful® ” workforce is one in which the employees are actively promoting the brand because they sincerely love it. The Brandful Worforce is dedicated to helping corporations involve and leverage their engaged workforce toward a more aligned and powerful brand.

  1. Love seeing this emphasis on brandful employees! This is a key priority where I work and it makes me prouder than all the services and sales we ring up. We are a new company (3 yrs old) created when execs from the existing company were fed up by the culture and the lack of integrity. They vowed that their new company would live a culture of caring….and so far, so good!

  2. Hi Julia,

I saw you speak at the ERE Expo and loved your presentation. I was wondering if you can provide me with the URLs for the video clips you showed during your presentation. I found Jet Blue on your website, but would love GM and any others you have so I can share them with my teams. Thank you so much!

    • Yes, even if it’s one person starting up a business or a non-profit, a simple and quick business model provides a direction for future succes.

  3. wonderful book for beginners as well as the intermediates. I found it very interesting and helpful for my business start up. Thank you for bringing a book like this to the public, I think with out something like this I would still be a little unsure how to promote and keep my business blooming.
