  1. Love seeing this emphasis on brandful employees! This is a key priority where I work and it makes me prouder than all the services and sales we ring up. We are a new company (3 yrs old) created when execs from the existing company were fed up by the culture and the lack of integrity. They vowed that their new company would live a culture of caring….and so far, so good!

  3. wonderful book for beginners as well as the intermediates. I found it very interesting and helpful for my business start up. Thank you for bringing a book like this to the public, I think with out something like this I would still be a little unsure how to promote and keep my business blooming.
