The Brandful Workforce shares some great stories and insights on what we all know is true. The truth that we want to work, shop and invest is companies that are authentic, caring and honest organizations. Companies that are first and foremost values based and also provide valuable products and services as a result of those values. Forget about “employee engagement” or “customer insights”, just do the right thing, for the right reasons and the sustainable business will be there. Great read.

We Have a Heart – We believe in giving back to our communities through the JAMS Foundation and JAMS Society.
One of our delivery drivers took ill from a rare virus and over the period of a weekend lost all four limbs. Our employees rallied together, along with our customers and suppliers to assit him and his family. We threw fundraisers to pay for his COBRA benefits, adopted his son for the holidays, provided food and basic necessities and provided connections to physical therapists. It brought everyone together in the company. He is doing great!

Our non profit helped thousands of individuals learn how to purchase their first home. Additionally, we also helped them create and maintain budgets in order to remain in their home. As an employee, I felt inspired empowering others to fulfill their dream.
And you also inspire others. It’s such a circle, right?
